Swansea City will welcome a new stakeholder to the club in the shape of Real Madrid superstar Luka Modric, it has been reported.
Winner of the 2018 Ballon D’Or, the 39-year-old Croatian will take a minority role in the Welsh club’s ownership structure – joining Andy Coleman, Brett Cravatt, Nigel Morris and Jason Cohen.
World Cup finalist Modric will continue to play for Real, although his contract ends at the end of the current season.
