According to the National Home Price Index, U.S. home prices have increased 47 percent since 2020.
With housing costs at an all-time high, plenty of homebuyers are feeling discouraged during their search for a home.
We’re diving into a trend that’s changing how people are buying houses — co-buying. With rising home prices and evolving ideas of shared ownership, more people are teaming up with friends and family to buy a house.
