PlayStation Plus subscribers only have a few days left to redeem the free PS4 and PS5 games for June 2025.
Headlined by Diablo 4, the next batch of PlayStation Plus Essentials will be available to download and install from July 1. The games will replace the existing line-up, which contains NBA 2K25, Bomb Rush Cyberfunk and Alone in the Dark.
It’s a strong line-up of PS Plus games, and one that would set you back £140 if you wanted to purchase the games outside of your subscription.
A full priced version of NBA 2K25 costs £69.99, while Bomb Rush Cyberfunk and Alone in the Dark are priced at £34.99 each.
While Alone in the Dark and NBA 2K25 are the highest profile games, Bomb Rush Cyberfunk is arguably the pick of the bunch.
The cel-shaded action game is something of a love letter to the excellent Jet Set Radio.
Sony explains more: “Start your own cypher and dance, paint graffiti, collect beats, combo your tricks and face off with the cops to stake your claim to the sprawling metropolis of New Amsterdam.
“Red is a graffiti writer who lost his head and instead has an cyberhead. In search of his roots he joins the Bomb Rush Crew, Tryce and Bel, who are aiming to go All City.
“Together they slowly discover who it was that cut off his head and how deep Red’s human side is linked to the graffiti world.”
As for the new PlayStation Plus games, the pick of the bunch is Diablo 4.
The loot-based dungeon crawler features an extensive campaign, multiple character classes and an absolute boatload of abilities.
Diablo 4 is joined by King of Fighters 15, which is a fighting game featuring 3-vs-3 battles and an impressive 39 characters.
Finally, PS Plus subscribers can pick up the excellent Jusant. The indie climbing game sees players attempt to navigate puzzles as they make their way up a huge tower.
Sony explains more: “Jusant is an action-puzzle climbing game and a meditative journey to the top of a tall tower.
“Challenge yourself at your own pace, explore different paths, and unravel the secrets from a bygone civilisation.
“Master your climbing tools and watch your stamina meter to successfully navigate this mysterious and changing tower. As you go higher and hone your skills, you’ll have to figure out how best to use the tools at your disposal to get to where you want to go.”
