Howe has opted to stick with the same team that kicked off last weekend’s win over Brighton as he attempts to secure the win that would lift the Magpies back into third position in the Premier League table.
With Joelinton nursing a knee injury that is likely to keep him sidelined for the remainder of the season, Joe Willock retains his place on the left of the Newcastle midfield.
That means Lewis Miley remaining on the bench, with the youngster having come on as a substitute in the win over Ipswich.
Harvey Barnes retains his place on the left of the Newcastle attack, with the winger continuing to keep Anthony Gordon out of the team.
Gordon is named amongst the substitutes, along with Sven Botman, who has returned to full fitness following a knee injury.
