In the first half, the Lionesses were a step behind the Spanish side – who had a few good chances to hit the back of the net but failed to score.
This meant a 25th minute goal by Mariona Caldentey for Tomé’s side felt like it was only a matter of time and left England on the back foot for the rest of the first half.

In the end, Chloe Kelly took the Lionesses to victory winning 3-1 in penalties, sending the crowd wild.
