Burnley host Millwall at Turf Moor while Sheffield United are at home to Blackburn, with Boro needing to beat Coventry while hoping both the Lions and Rovers fail to win.
Burnley secured promotion a couple of weeks ago and Sheffield United are guaranteed a third place finish, but bosses Parker and Wilder have revealed they have their own reasons for chasing three points on the final weekend of the campaign.
Burnley are still battling Leeds United for the Championship title but Parker also wants revenge on Millwall, who were the last team to beat the Clarets back in November.

As for the Blades, Wilder wants to beat the club’s record Championship points total – 91, which they’ve move above with a win.
And while United’s boss admits he might make one or two changes to his side, he says he’s “all in for three points”.
Wilder said: “The thought process doesn’t change. Whether it’s a pre-season friendly or the 45th or 46th game of the season.
“We’ll prepare for a game of football. There are a few situations we have to take into account though. We have a few bumps and bruises which we’ve covered up recently to not show our hand, but now I think you’ll see a couple of players who need a rest.
“Some may need a rest mentally as well, to freshen them up, and a few need match minutes. It’s not going to be wholesale changes but we need to get into a rhythm as well. There are a couple of other things as well. I want to break the club record for Championship points [which stands at 91, back in 2022/23], and from an EFL point of view as well.
“I think the players deserve that for the campaign they’ve had. Every game is difficult but I’m all in for three points for Sheffield United. As I have been since I walked through the door.”
Burnley thumped QPR 5-0 in their last game, showing they had no intention of taking their foot off the gas after winning promotion. And Parker admitted his side’s defeat at Millwall five months ago still sticks in his mind.
“It does, yeah,” he said.
“It does a little bit to be honest with you.
“Looking back, it was a disappointing night for us. It seems quite a long time ago and it is a long, long time ago.
“But the challenge we faced that night…they’re a good side and they know what they do.
“I was absolutely delighted that we managed to win promotion in front of our home fans against Sheffield United and then the timing is perfect for us that the last game of the season falls at home as well and we get another time, a special time to spend with our supporters.
“I have no doubt that once we get to the stadium, it will just be game mode and it will feel like any other game.
“Maybe after the game we’ll probably soak that up a little bit more, but as always that’s probably the main driver.”
