Reports emerged from Saudi late on Sunday night claiming the Pro League club were finalising the signing of the 27-year-old.
It’s not clear at this stage whether Glover is indeed a target for Al-Kholood, but as things stand there’s been no contact between the clubs and no offer on the table.
Glover has moved into the final year of his contract at the Riverside, but Boro do have the option of a 12-month extension.
Sol Brynn will be No.1 this season but Glover still remains an important figure as deputy keeper, with Seny Dieng sidelined and facing an uncertain future.

Earlier on Sunday, Boro were linked with a move for Hull City’s first choice goalkeeper Ivor Pandur.
While the 25-year-old is admired by the recruitment team on Teesside, there hasn’t been an enquiry and Boro have no plans to sign a goalkeeper to potentially dislodge Brynn.
Boro have full faith in the 24-year-old Teessider, who is starting his first full season as No.1. After a string of impressive loan moves, Brynn got his chance late last year but then suffered a dislocated shoulder in the Boxing Day draw against Sheffield Wednesday, forcing him to miss the entirety of the second half of the season.
Mark Travers arrived on loan in January, but Boro always retained faith in Brynn, who has impressed head coach Rob Edwards since his arrival. He started the season with a clean sheet against Swansea City.
