If you’re planning on picking up some new PS4 or PS5 games, then you may want to wait a few hours before making a purchase. That’s because Sony is about to hold a huge PlayStation Sale with dozens and dozens of high-profile discounts on everything from first-party blockbusters to brand new releases, and plenty of indie hits.
Indeed, as you can see from the list below, the sale includes discounts on the likes of Astro Bot, Gran Turismo 7 and Ghost of Yotei, as well as Resident Evil Requiem, Saros, Hollow Knight Silksong and Dispatch.
PlayStation Summer Sale Start Time and Dates
The 2026 PlayStation Summer Sale has a July 15 start date and runs all the way until August 12.
It’s worth pointing out, however, that the Summer Sale will refresh on July 27. This means that some new games will be added to the sale, while others will be removed.
According to Sony, the Summer Sale begins at midnight BST in the UK, which means you’re just hours away from taking advantage of the discounts.
“PlayStation Store’s Summer Sale begins tomorrow, Wednesday July 15. For a limited time, save up to 75% across multiple PS5, PS4, PS VR2 games, add-ons and more,” reads a Sony blog post.
“There are many hundreds of titles included in this promotion. A selection of those you can preview below.”
