Another day, another alleged GTA 6 leak is doing the rounds online ahead of the official Netflix reveal later this week. This time, it reveals that GTA 6 appears to be taking a much raunchier approach compared to previous titles with players seemingly able to explore nudist beaches.
The latest post from Cyber Leek, which has been publishing what appear to be clips from a leaked build of GTA 6 since last Tuesday, shows Jason walking around a nudist party. All of the NPCs are in various stages of undress, with the vast majority of them wearing very little or nothing at all.
In what appears to be a new direction for Grand Theft Auto, the nude NPCs also include the male characters. Previous entries in the series have prominently featured nude female NPCs, particularly in the strip club sections – but Rockstar doesn’t appear to be discriminating with its latest game.
Players will want to be careful about looking too closely at these nude characters, though. As Cyber Leek pulls out his phone to take a photo of one of the characters, they become aggressive towards him for trying to creep on them.
Another detail spotted in the alleged leaked clip is the number of different body types that are on display. While GTA 5 had a good mix of skinny, muscular and overweight character models, GTA 6 seems to have a wide gamut of body types for both male and female characters.
Over on Reddit, fans who’ve watched the video are praising many small details they’ve noticed. “I also love how NPCs walk in groups now, which is actually really weird that previous GTA’s didn’t have that when you think about it,” says one gamer.
Another adds, “It was truly impressive how natural and dynamic it all looked and felt. The animations are all so smooth. NPCs have much more convincing reactions, branching behaviors and body variety.”
A third writes, “Every single clip leaves me stunned at the lighting. This is god tier.”
Rockstar is yet to comment publicly on the seemingly leaked clips, while parent company Take-Two has issued subpoenas in an attempt to track down the perpetrator.
The Netflix Extended Look is set to premiere at 8pm BST on Thursday, August 27.
