PlayStation Plus subscribers are counting down the hours to the reveal of the next batch of PS5 games joining the Extra and Premium line-up in July 2026. It’s fair to say that it’s been a mixed year for PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers. On the plus side, games like Final Fantasy 16, Star Wars Outlaws and Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 have all joined the Extra Catalog in recent months. Unfortunately, however, PS Plus Premium subscribers have been limited to one game a month, although this has included gems like Gitaroo Man and Ridge Racer.
Sony has already announced one of the upcoming games for July 2026, and there’s always a good chance the line-up will leak early. In the meantime, however, the official reveal is happening very soon, so keep reading to find out more. PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium reveal date and time
If you’re a PS Plus Extra and Premium subscriber and you’re looking forward to playing some new games, then the good news is that you don’t have long to wait before Sony makes the official announcement.
The next batch of PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium titles will be unveiled at 4.30pm BST UK time on the afternoon of July 15.
If you live outside of the UK, then expect the announcement at 8.30am PT / 11.30am ET in the US, or at 5.30pm CET in Europe.

Sadly, however, fans will have to wait a little longer before being able to actually play the games.
The PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games have a July 21 release date. The titles will be available to download and play from 9am BST UK time.
US fans can start playing from 1am PT / 4am ET on July 21, while European subscribers can download from 10am CET.
PS Plus July 2026 games announced so far
Sony actually announced one of the games during a recent State of Play event that happened back in June.
PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers will be able to download and play PS2 classic Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy when the games are released later in July.
PS Plus Extra and Premium leaks and predictions
Without any leaks to go by, fans have been attempting to predict the line-up ahead of the big reveal on July 15.
Rise of the Ronin has once again received dozens of picks, with fans believing the game will join PS Plus Extra sooner rather than later.
Other games with lots of picks include Atomic Heart, Hades, Resident Evil 4 Remake, Marathon and Sonic Superstars.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows, Baldur’s Gate 3, Dragon’s Dogma 2, Stellar Blade, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4, Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii and Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth also feature in the predictions thread.
